Ecotrel has the label of socially responsible company awarded in 2015 and renewed in 2018 by the National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (INDR). As such, Ecotrel acts on the 3 pillars of corporate social responsibility, namely governance, social and environment.
Ecotrel constantly measures the environmental and social impacts of its activity through the implementation of an action plan that is part of a CSR policy in its daily activity.
For its internal stakeholders, it provides information and continuous training while respecting versatility and differences. Every effort has been made to provide an ideal working environment, in particular to establish a perfect balance between private and professional life for employees and, in general, to provide optimal working conditions.
For external stakeholders, cooperation is carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, with the principles of moral and financial equity, transparency, confidentiality, proximity, administrative simplicity, ethics and listening.
In its activity, the association constantly seeks innovation, security, the defence of its members' interests, the responsible control of its subcontractors and an effective institutional dialogue.
